I have a 43’ chest and 34’ waste, therefore I am always between large and extra large for every top / jacket. I wanted a lightweight fleece jacket for layering and got this one in an XL. It is light, warm, and stretchy. Great for layering over a base layer. The fit is more athletic / slim than regular but that is what I wanted to trap in the warm air. This does that without being restrictive. I recommend if the features described are what you are looking for.
