The boot has a soft REFLEX FOAM component in the midsole for superior comfort and less effort when walking, so you can take tough day hikes in your stride. The VIBRAM outsole delivers good grip on steep, stony terrain. This high-end boot is also equipped with a waterproof and very breathable TEXAPORE O2+ membrane to keep your feet dry in wet conditions. Good looking and completely waterproof and I tested them in tough conditions. I would buy again!!I use them as a work house and I like it.My husbands love this boots. He finds them very comfortable.absolutely love the look, and the wolfskin stuff in general- but these shoes are hazardous. The hooks for the laces stick out way too far and catch on the other shoes laces. I've taken several spills while wearing these, and I'm not willing to die for the fashion. Writing this now with a bruised/cut arm, and the last bruise I will suffer from these beautiful monsters. they are going straight in the bin.Very happy with these boots which were comfortable and supportive from the first wear. They are efficiently waterproof and the design allows you to slip them on and off really easily without endlessly spooling out the laces. An all round excellent boot, that for one day (before a muddy walk) looked great.Fits my needs perfectly which is mainly dog walking. Light comfortable and waterproof. Also look good. Pretty sure they would be fine for more strenuous activities but haven't tried them for thatFit is good out of the box. However, after only a few weeks, 1 boot has developed a leak, possibly the seam between sole and upper.boots were great but size 8s arrived instead of 9s so i returned themWay too tight in usual footwear size
